Service Desk Analyst 1st Line Support
We at Allvotec are currently looking for a hardworking and enthusiastic individual with a can-do attitude to join our Service Desk team. This role services a client from within the Nuclear Industry who has outsourced their IT to Allvotec. We deliver IT services to over 11,000 users across multiple locations throughout the UK.
What you need to be successful
- Experience working on an IT Helpdesk or Call Center
- Good problem solving skills
- IT knowledge – Windows 10
- MS Office Knowledge including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access
Working Location & Hours
Based on-site in Cumbria, hours as defined within the scope of the service contract. A full Security Clearance is essential.
